By using Docs4MDs and disclosing your personal data, you expressly agree with our method and process used to collect and store personal data.
DAVESSA LLC treats the protection of your privacy and your personal details as a matter of utmost importance.
DAVESSA LLC does not collect any personal data on Docs4MDs without your express consent. You are the only person who decides whether, for example, to give us your email address and of those who you declare.
By providing your data as well as the names, email and telephone information of additional users or credential recipients, you are allowing us to use your information and the personal details of others to store that data in a database belonging to us.
You grant DAVESSA LLC permission to email and text you and credential recipients you enter into Docs4MDs directly as part of the Service. In addition, you agree to receive periodic emails for marketing of Davessa products and services. You acknowledge that Davessa may, at its discretion, include logos and web links to its website and Services as part of credentials sent on your behalf for both functional and marketing purposes. You are entitled to inspect and, if necessary, correct the data relating to you.
As part of the credentialing process, certain information and confidential personal documents (e.g. date of birth, Social Security card) may be provided by you to Docs4MDs for the express purpose of facilitating the sharing o f this information with credential recipients. While we take all reasonable precautions to secure your personal information, you acknowledge that your personal information may be exposed when stored and transmitted to the intended recipient.
In some parts of Docs4MDs, various technologies are used which are in widespread use on the Internet (e.g. HTML, CSS, Active X, JavaScript, SMS, Transaction Email, etc.).
We do not use any technology to spy on or manipulate your data or your computer. The technologies used are protected by various laws.
DAVESSA LLC shall be permitted to track your usage of the Service along with that of other users for the express purpose of measuring user behavior and using such data to improve the Service offering.
Access to Docs4MDs does not grant the user any license whatever to use these technologies.
