1.Tap/click on the hamburger
menu icon (box with three lines in the upper right-hand corner
of the screen), then tap/click on Manage Users.
2. Use the Invite
Users button, then enter their email address. They will
receive an invitation via email to join your account team.
Once they have completed the 2FA verification steps, they will be
able to perform all functions within Docs4MDs, except "invite other
users".
3. Note: For office
managers that may wish to help more than one doctor with
credentialing, they will need to create an email alias for each
doctor they will be helping. Docs4MDs uses an email address
to uniquely identify a user and for that reason, only one email
address can be associated with an account. Invited users can not be
associated with more than one account. This is to prevent the
wrong account from being used.
